Is it necessary to create an account?

No, not categorical. You will receive all information without logon too. You can order without account also.

Why should I create an account?

• If you buy more often at our shop, you save to enter your data with each order. There are 5 adresses available
• Your cart will be stored and assigned to your account and you are able to finish your order later.
• You can display the current status of your order.
• You can display the your previous orders.
• You can review products.

How I find one's way in this shop?

In the left column, you wil find the 'Categories' of products. (Some products are in more than one category.) If you click at an entry in the categories box, all related products will be displayed.

Under it is located the manufacturers box. You can choice any manufacturer to display the products of them.

You can enter a key in the box 'quick search' to display all products with this key.

The box 'information' at the left bottom contains some entries for more detailed information.

At the right top is located the cart. Once you put a product uin the cart, it wil display there.

Once special offers are available, it will displayed in the box named 'specials'.

At the right bottom are the box with the reviews.

What is about any problem with a product, or, if I want to give back a product?

In this matter, please enter Komerci-Rücksendeservice, choice the relating form and enter the data. You will receive a return-parcel-stamp, if your address is in germany.
